Mr. Samir Karia, under the guidance of Vinod Karia, is the second generation entrepreneur leading the company. He is currently leading a young team in different areas of sales, marketing, IT backbone and production.

He is currently the change agent of the company providing contemporary management support services. He is also leading growth initiative of the company with new projects and new products and creating a master plan for the company to secure competitive advantage and leading brand position.

To induct contemporary professionalism in the company Mr. Ravi Shankar Prasad, a young and dynamic professional has joined to oversee the company's wide ranging high end lighting products in various categories.

Mr. Prasad bears profound experience and expertise in sourcing and distribution of various FMCG products. He has since been continuously adding on advanced processes and assisting the Managing Director to take decisions on day to day basis.
